We are writing to commend on the excellent work that your Employees (Mr Benedict TAN and Mr Shaun TAN)  have demonstrated at our recent dinner cruise on board the “Valencia” on 18 February 2016.

Upon our first point of contact with Benedict, he had been most helpful and attended to our queries not only promptly but patiently.  He was very quick thinking too when we had to change (at the last minute) to a bigger yacht when he realized the smaller yacht that we initially planned to charter could not meet with our requirements.  He made the necessary recommendation and saw to all the necessary changes/arrangements.

Shaun had been equally helpful, too and rendered us assistance whenever we could not get hold of Benedict.  Both Benedict and Shaun took steps to ensure that all our Management Team members were well taken care of and to ensure they had a great time and memorable experience on board.  Indeed, they came back from the cruise with wonderful memories.  Their customer service is beyond expectation and post cruise, they (especially Benedict) continued to display the same excellent service that was accorded to us pre-cruise.

Our heartiest congratulations to both Benedict and Shaun for a great job well done!
